Reiki, Lithotherapy, Aromatherapy... the methods to feel better

Endless work emails, state of my relationship, Whatsapp/Facebook notifications, bills to pay, 'need to go to the gym feeling', and not enough time to get all it done... Sometimes, it is too much, right? How can we find a more peaceful life? How to listen, understand and give the bodies inner well-being?
Today, I have asked Aurélia Antoskiewicz to answer my questions about her therapies and secrets for a better life balance.

How could you describe your activity ?
Since the age of 10 years, I have always been drawn by the welfare, the personal fulfillment and parallel medicines. The peculiarity of my therapy is to combine the Reiki with other techniques, such as: Lithotherapy, Aromatherapy and Acupressure.
 
What is reiki ?
The Reiki is a Japanese therapeutic method using the energies. This method of care is practiced by pacing hands and working on the proper functioning of the seven chakras.
 
What is pranic healing ?
It is the science and art developed by the healer and ingeneer originally from China Choa Kok Sui, as an ancient method of natural healing. It is based on laws linked to the cosmic vital energy called Prana , Chi, ou Ki.

What is lithotherapy ?
It is a form of homeopathy that uses small quantities of minerals.

What is aromatherapy ?
The use of essential oils, excellent for your health.
 
Which are the benefits of your method ?
The blend of the different therapies can impact many conditions such as: stress, anxiety, insomnia and nervous breakdown. If the therapy is combined with a psychological approach it allows further treatment of diseases like Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis and back pain. Thus the therapeutic benefits of this mix increases physical strength, improves health and can help to heal emotional trauma. Other benefits that might resolve from the treatments are increased support to eliminate toxins from the body, a strengthened inner healing process, which is in association with higher cell regeneration.

How many session to I need ?
During the first appointment, a diagnostic is established in order to better target the personal needs. As each treatment is personalised, it allows the creation of precious composition to respond to everyone’s needs. Usually, you may need 6 to 8 sessions for cure insomnia, and 8 to 12 for depression or back pain.

What are you advice for a healthy life in Hong Kong ?
Life is Hong Kong is really intense. We work, we go out, we feel stress out. I do think it is an amazing experience to live here but important to avoid to be excessive.
Find your balance between work and going out, eat healthy food (not too fat, proteins and vegetables) and try to practise gym 3 to 4 times a week.
